Do you provide chauffeur only service?
Yes: We can supply drivers only.

Can you provide seating for children?
Yes: We can provide baby seats, capsules, boosters or you can use your own. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes: We offer a 10% discount to pensioners and a 5% discount to all customers for online bookings.

Are we allowed to eat, drink or smoke in the vehicles?
Smoking is not permitted, however you are allowed to eat and drink. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking, including ice.
Are drinks provided or can we bring our own?
For weddings and specific promotions, drinks are complimentary. Otherwise you will need to pre-arrange drinks (alcohol or otherwise) when booking. You are also permitted to bring your own drinks and glasses can be provided if requested; there are no BYO charges.

What is the luggage capacity of your vehicles and do they take trailers?
Please be aware that our limousines and sedans may not fit luggage for 4 people or those with lots of luggage.
It is not possible to store the luggage between seats and trailers can not be provided for either our limousines or sedans.
For those with lots of luggage, we would recommend one of our luxury coaches and a trailer can be provided at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept and when is the charge made?
We accept payment by credit card, cash, cabcharge or cheque as per the following conditions:
When booking, we will request your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners).
Your card details will be held as security on your reservation. Charges will be made upon completion of your request .
You have the option to pay by cash or cabcharge upon transfer.
Cheques are also accepted as payment, if received no less than 3 working days before pick up date.
When paying by cash, cabcharge or cheque, credit card security is still required, but no charge will be made to your card on successful transfer of money.
Vouchers can also be requested at the time of booking.

Are we allowed to stop to take photos?
Yes: Customers are permitted to request stops for taking photos and this time will be included in the total journey time for pricing purposes.

How do I get a quote for a service?
You can request a quote for a service by submitting our online request a quote form or by phoning us.
We provide the option for customers to request quotes for multiple vehicles, provide details of any special requests, specify any return journey details or additional journey pickups and dropoffs.
If you decide to make a booking with us, then our booking form allows you to pre-populate details given a previous quote number.

What is the minimum time when hiring a vehicle?
For weddings, the minimum hire time is 2 hours; for all other occasions it is 1 hour. After that, you are charged in 15 minute increments and the rate drops.

What do we do if we are not sure what time we will be finished to return home?
Make a tentative time and then give us notice on the night (approximate length of time it will take us to get there).

How much waiting time do you include?
Normally we allow 15 minutes of waiting time. When airport transfers are involved, we allow 30 minutes waiting time after flight landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
If passengers are arriving on different flights, then the waiting time starts after the first flight lands. Alternatively you can request a suitable time for group pickup when booking.
What should I do if my plane is running late?
Our Operations staff will monitor flight arrival times and hence you need not be concerned if your flight is running late and you supplied your flight number when booking.

How do we find you at the airport?
The normal meeting spot for domestic flights is at the escalator beneath the arrival gate when no luggage is involved, or at the appropriate luggage carousel when luggage is involved. For international flights, the normal meeting spot is at the appropriate arrival gate.
Alternatively we can arrange to meet you at a particular location if preferred. The chauffeur will hold a sign with the passenger, group or company name; alternatively you can specify what sign is to appear.

What do you offer for weddings?
Our wedding services includes red carpet, ribbon on the front of the car, champagne and bottled water. Please speak to us about any special requirements you may have.

Do you offer vouchers?
Yes: Please state this as a special request when you make your booking. Vouchers are issued with an expiry date.

Do you take passengers in wheelchairs?
Yes: All our car boots fit a wheelchair. As our stretch limousines have the easiest access, we would recommend this vehicle for people with disabilities.
